Previous update, November 22nd 2021: Restoration by the Wendover Canal Trust’s volunteers today received support from our local MP. Gagan Mohindra, MP for SW Herts, said that he is extremely interested in our restoration and will do all he can to support us. He walked along the Wendover Canal from Little Tring to Drayton Beauchamp. He was joined by Councillor Christopher Townsend (Dacorum Borough Council and Tring Town Council), and Tom Beeston, Chief Officer of the Chiltern Society. They were hosted by Chris Sargeant and Peter Elwin of the Wendover Canal Trust.
