We’ve been doing an extended 2 week work party while it’s almost dry, though for the first few days it’s been too hot for comfort. Tony Borrill supplied the first picture of construction under way at Bridge 4, while Steve Bonser sent the other 3 pictures of ready-mix being delivered and laid to complete the pipe-capping in front of Whitehouses. The next 4 pictures taken by William Mathew show Whitehouses before and during our building of a wing-wall, and the ridiculous amount of August rain that we were pumping from Bridge 4 on the second Sunday.
