Plant Britain, by Wendover Canal
420 trees had been organised from the Woodland Trust. We have replaced dead trees and scrubland with native varieties.
Going ahead: Team needed to tackle Tring’s trees
Woodland Trust donated 420 native whips to be planted at the CRT triangle of land adjacent to the winding hole at Little Tring. The planting which was delayed by the second lockdown has been rearranged for Thursday 17th and Friday 18th December, contact jenny@johnbrice.co.uk if you can help.

Thirteen children and guardians arrived on Friday 25th evening at Green Park with the purpose of beautifying the new parkland alongside Whitehouses. Restoration Open Day, Sunday September 2nd 2018
A glorious day – great to have Chiltern Canoe Club (plus dogs !) paddle boarding. We are grateful to Councillor Penny Hearn, Mayor of Tring who joined us for the afternoon and drew what has turned out be our last Grand Draw (see separate post).

What a transformation since the snow! While our Work Party has been restoring order to the mud left behind by winter, our Publicity was at the IWA Cavalcade at Little Venice, Paddington, London.
